    Terms & Conditions -

    • 1. Fee will be applicable for any batch transfer occurs.

    • 2. If any changes occurs on GST will be changed accordingly. ITcan be modified as per the Govt. rules.

    • 3. Fees subjected to change according to any notification from university/Institute

    • 4. Fees (Admission fees/Monthly installments or any other payments) made by students cannot be refunded in any circumstances.

    • 5. GST charges can be modified as per the Govt. rules.

    • 6. Drafts submission date should not be extended 7 days from Draft making date. Management will not be liable for any late fine charged by University for the same or the revalidation of Drafts.

    • 7. Monthly instalment need to be submitted within 7th of every month, late fine will LEIVED FROM 8th onwards.

    • 8. After 8th of every month, monthly instalment cannot be taken by Cheque.

    • 9. 2% extra will be charged, through the payment by Credit/Debit card.

    • 10. In the case of cheque return, Rs.500/- will be charged as bank charges.

    • 11. Student needs to pay the corporate fees within due date (15th day of 3rd & 13th month), otherwise INR 500/- will be charged.

    • 12. Penalty will be increased after 25th day of the due month.

    • 13. Student are allowed to continue with their classes only after paying re-admission fees, if monthly fees is due; since more than 45 days.
